When I heard that Pat Flynn and Chris Ducker were coming to the Gold Coast and were holding a 1 day workshop, I didn't hesitate to pull out my credit card and signed up.  Not only am I a big fan of Pat Flynn and his Smart Passive Income podcast,  but I knew the power that attending live events have on my business.  

The night before the workshop I went out to dinner with 13 other attendees.  During that dinner, I connected with some really amazing business owners.  From that dinner and from attending the event, I have met up with someone who could help me receive tens of thousands of dollars from government grants, connected with a business that provides e-learning platforms which will not only help me but some of my coaching clients,  and connected with someone who can help me take my Infusionsoft CRM and e-commerce platform to the next level.  

The workshop with Pat and Chris was great.  I learnt so many things that will take my business to the next level.  But for me, the real value in this event will come from the connections I made with the other attendees which will add tens of thousands of dollars to my business.  Imagine what I would have missed if I had decided not to attend!
